Dear Residents,

In 2005, the Turtle Creek Board of Directors elected to have a 20-year engineering study of the Turtle Creek facilities conducted to help guide not only the current board members, but future board members to better project how much money would be needed to keep the Turtle Creek Subdivision (Lakes, Meadows, & Woodlands) properly maintained.  Attached you will find a recommended study/schedule of the amount of money we will need to be added to our capital reserve account on an annual basis to help cover/prepare for projected expenses the subdivision will incur over the next 20 years.
